Marine engineers, Pauline Zalitzki, and her husband, Paul Weinzweig claim to have discovered The Atlantis. A huge submerged city near Bermuda Triangle is recently found and has left all the scientists shocked. After analysing the samples, geologists believe that it must have taken approximately 50,000 years for a complex to have sunken this deep. The submerged city is estimated to be around 200,000 years old.
The question that mainly arises is that who built this complex in that period of time? It may be the work of an ancient civilisation which is still a mystery. Dr Robert Ballard, Professor of Oceanology, said, “If it was a human, we would have to ask ourselves that how did it reach that deep into the ocean”.

The Bermuda Triangle is said to be the greatest unsolved mystery. Notorious as the Devil’s Triangle, it is a triangular shaped area from Bermuda islands, to North of the Atlantic Ocean to Miami. Hundreds of boats, ships, planes, and thousands of people have suspiciously disappeared inside the triangle.
According to Manuel Iturralde, a geologist, no such culture is known in history till now, which has the capability to build such structures.
Another theory regarding the sunken city claims that the city might have been destroyed due to an earthquake or flood. The reason behind this city being submerged so deep maybe natural disasters.
It is hard to believe that such human-made structures have survived natural disasters. And the age-estimation of the scientists clearly shows that there is some other untold mystery behind these submerges bodies.
Another theory claimed that the Caribbean acts as a barrier for the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean Sea. It may be possible that centuries ago water bodies weren’t water bodies and islands weren’t islands also. It may be possible that the islands were high enough to leave the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean Sea as a dry valley.
