Liverpool has a long list of players who could've joined but didn't. Some of the biggest names are Nemanja Vidić, Cristiano Ronaldo, Dani Alves etc. However, a recent revelation came to surface when it was known that Liverpool were reportedly in for Dele Alli. Dele Alli before joining Spurs used to play for non-league club Milton Keynes Dons FC, otherwise known as MK Dons.
It was said that in 2015, Liverpool had an opportunity to sign Dele Alli from MK Dons but refrained as they thought that the asking price for an 18-year-old was too much. Now Dele Alli plays for Tottenham Hotspur and with the help of his partners in crime, Harry Kane and Christian Eriksen, had a historic season where Spurs recorded their highest ever points tally in Premier League history and sit just four points behind the leaders Chelsea with four games to go.
What a player he could've been for Liverpool. Scroll down to know more.
