Dressed in a police uniform, specifically stitched by the police for the occasion, Stevin Mathew, who is suffering from Down Syndrome (a genetic chromosome 21 disorder causing developmental and intellectual delays), was on cloud nine when police constables saluted him inside the station. 

Stevin Mathew is a bright 19-year-old boy who had a longtime desire to be a policeman. To all those who believe that disorders leave people distressed, this kid is an inspiration to them. All one needs to understand is no matter what is missing in us, we are still perfect.
