Spanish Architect Transforms Old Cement Factory Into His House, But When You Look Inside... Speechless!

La fábrica was born when a dilapidated cement factory was stumbled upon by Ricardo Bofill in the year 1973. He immediately saw a lot of possibilities when he discovered the ramshackled buildings and after 45 years the structure was completely transformed into a spectacular home.

The factory which was shut down was a WWI-era pollution machine located just outside of Barcelona was purchased by Ricardo Bofill and his team, which took it as a challenging project.
