Social media giant, Facebook, appears to have realised its potential on how it can swing politics. During the 2016-17 US presidential elections, people from across the country used social media to voice their opinions.
Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg launched a tool on Monday that lets its users in US to communicate with their local elected representatives and officials.
They've named this feature as 'Town Hall', which is meant for US citizens.
