    Personal assistants/Secretary are highly organized, detail-oriented multi-taskers who can work under pressure and meet deadlines.

    Personal assistants provides

    administrative support for top-level managers of companies and organisations. Their work involves information management tasks that often require higher-level thinking.

    As a personal assistant/ Secretary, you'll be helping out your boss with whatever they need, from managing a diary to typing up reports or planning meetings. Basically, you help organise their life so they'll always know where they need to be and what they're doing.


  • Personal assistants support senior executives with a wide range of tasks.

    This often includes general administration and written communication.

    Personal assistants analyse, respond to and send out communications.

    Since they usually work in close proximity to top management.

    Personal assistants maintain executive's schedules, organise and attend meetings, make travel arrangements and record minutes.
