10 years ago, on November 26, 2008, 10 armed Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists sailed into Mumbai through Karachi. A carnage that lasted for over 72 hours killing over 166 people and leaving over 300 people wounded. Lone survivor of this terrorist attack was Ajmal Kasab. He was one of the two gunmen who opened fire at Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus killing 52 people. Representing Kasab was criminal lawyer Abbas Kazmi, who garnered a lot of media attention because he defended a terrorist. Fingers were pointed at him, he was called names, people in fact abused him and looked at him with disgust. All because, he was defending a terrorist. Kazmi recently shared a small part of the most trying times of his career as a lawyer at Josh Talks. "It was my call of duty," he says and Kasab served the fate he deserved.
