A shaking incident happened today morning in the Wazir Akbar Khan area of Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan. Two drastic bomb blasts have been reported which resulted in the death of 80 people and so far about 320 injured people have been taken under medical supervision. These attacks are already considered to be an action by the terrorists. Yet, the target groups of the blasts are not clear. One of the bombs which was planted in a car was near to many foreign embassies including the Indian mission house. The internal ministry of Afghanistan said that it strongly condemns the attack. The dead includes many women and children near the diplomatic region. The bombs were reported to blast at a mere distance range of 50-150 mt from the Indian embassy.Afghanistan's President Ashraf Ghani also condemned the attack. He said, "The terrorists, even in the holy month of Ramadan, the month of goodness, blessing, and prayer, are not stopping the killing of our innocent people.""The blast has caused damage to the residences of some Pakistani diplomats and staff, living in the close vicinity, and inflicted minor injuries to some," said the Pakistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
An eyewitness told the local Pajwok news agency that the blast took place in front of the office of the National Directorate of Security (NDS), Afghanistan's primary intelligence agency.According to the report by CNN, the blast was very close to the German Gate, which is the entry point to the road which houses missions of several countries, the closest being the German Embassy.
