One of these seven delicious desserts will make them happy beyond words.They are easy to make and nothing is more precious than seeing the beautiful smile spread over the face of your loved one when they see the dish you have prepared. 1. Chili Chocolate Mousse

Keep boiling water in a large bowl and put a small bowl over with chocolate to melt it. Beat egg yolks with chili powder and mix in the molten chocolate. Keep stirring and let it melt. Again stir for about a minute until it is thick. Then remove from heat.Whisk egg whites until fluffy and then add duster sugar. Keep whisking till the mixture is glossy. Pour it in the chocolate mixture and gently fold to mix. cover the bowl and keep in the fridge for about 2 hours.Using an electric whisk on a low setting, beat the egg whites until they start to stiffen and form peaks. Then add in the caster sugar and beat again, until the egg whites look beautiful and glossy. When the mousse is done serve it with a sprinkle of chili powder and roasted marshmallows. Surprise your love with the twisty dessert.

2. Oreo Cookie Balls

Beat cream and cheese until smooth and then add crushed Oreos. Keep mixing until blended properly. Roll into small balls and keep in the fridge for about 10 minutes. Once done, roll them into crushed biscuits then in molten chocolate. You can use both white and dark chocolate. Keep aside for cooling down and then keep in the fridge for an hour. Enjoy the tasty treat while you are catching a movie with your loved one.

3. Cute Heart Bombs

In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar with an electric mixer or stand mixer. Add egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract and mix until combined. Then mix baking soda, tartar cream, and flour properly until combined. Put all the mixture together to form dough. Cover and refrigerate for an hour.Roll the dough properly and then cut out heart shapes. Place on the cookie sheet and bake properly. Combine egg white, pink food color, and vanilla to make a frothy mixture. Then place it on the top surface of the cookie and shed the excess. Let it dry then serve. 4. Cherry Love Cheesecake

Mix soft cream cheese with condensed milk. Blend properly, then add vanilla and lemon juice. After blending properly pour into the pie crust and let it get cool for about 5 hours. Serve with cherry pie filling and enjoy.

5. Raspberry Mini Churros & Molten Chocolate

Blend raspberry with icing sugar then strain and remove the seeds. Add 1 cup water in the puree and boil over high heat. Then add butter and stir till it melts. Then add salt and flour for the dough. Wrap and keep aside for 15 minutes. Add eggs and then put it into a piping bag.Heat oil then make a heart shape with batter and fry. Garnish with icing sugar and serve with molten chocolate.

6. Valentine's Apple Rose Tart

Blend walnut to make flour out of it and then add egg. Mix it with maple syrup in the blender until it forms dough. Spread the dough in the base of the pan and then keep in the freezer for 10 minutes. Put lemon juice in lukewarm water and keep aside.Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Finely slice the apples and dip in the warm lemon water. Then take the crust out and place the apple slices in form of rose.In a bowl, whisk egg, maple syrup, egg yolk, and evaporated milk. Make a thick mixture and pour over the rose shaped apple slices. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Let it cool down then refrigerate for about an hour. Serve and let the deliciousness of love take over.

7. Mini Tiramisu Trifles

Combine cream cheese, whipped cream, butter, and sugar, then combine until mixed properly. Separately, mix sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract then whip. Make sure to whip until you see the stiff peaks form. Now, carefully fold it in the cream cheese mixture. Combine hot water, sugar, and espresso powder in another bowl. Dip ladyfinger (biscuits) in the espresso mixture and set at the bottom of the cup. Create as thick a layer as you require by breaking them. Then layer up with the cheese mixture. Repeat the process and end the layer with some whipped cream. Sprinkle some cocoa powder and refrigerate. Serve cold.
