Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, isn't the name enough? There are no words suffice to justify her beauty. She's a loving daughter, an amazing mother, a caring wife and a very talented woman who defines the nation when it comes to being the world's most beautiful woman. But have you ever wondered how 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai' would look like without Rani and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan instead? Take a look at the list of these iconic movies that Aishwarya rejected, which could have made her life a little more different than what it is right now.Well, she's a human and humans do make mistakes, right?
Aish was approached by director Sriram Raghavan who wanted to cast her and Saif Ali Khan together for the movie, but because of the negative role that she had to play, she turned down the multi starer movie, Badlapur, which was a blockbuster hit in 2014.The inner sources reported that her main reason to refuse Badlapur was because her role had shades of grey.
A Madhur Bhandarkar film which even won a National Award was made keeping Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in mind. But the role was rejected by her and was given to Bipasha Basu who did absolute justice to the role.
Rohan Sippy had directed his debut film 'Kuch Na Kaho' with Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai and how much we loved these two together ever since.Sippy decided to recast them for his film Bluffmaster, but we guess Aishwarya wasn't too keen on working with Abhishek back then.
Another Madhur Bhandarkar film, where he wanted to cast Aishwarya as his "Heroine" but due to her unexpected pregnancy she had to back out.We can totally imagine Aish pulling off that 'Halkat Jawani' flawlessly.Nonetheless, Kareena Kapoor Khan did a brilliant job!
The film was supposed to have Saif Ali Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan as the leading roles before Saif decided to back out. Aish and Abhi had just tied the knot and knowing the story of the movie; Saif said that "It won't look right."When Aishwarya was asked, all she said was that the role was mainly for the two guys and she thought it would be better if she didn't do the film. So, she didn't.
Aishwarya Rai was supposed to play Kaurwaki's role in Aśoka. But she refused because of her friendship with Shah Rukh that had turned bitter back then. Even though things seem quite alright between the two, but we guess Aishwarya is still holding on to something.
A little birdy told us that the former cast was supposed to be Aishwarya Rai opposite to Salman Khan which made it an obvious reason for the beauty to back out.Somebody should ask Aish to let the bygones be bygones and be a sport! Now that we've seen Kareena Kapoor Khan and Shahid Kapoor share the same screen, it would be pleasing to our eyes to see the legendary ex-Jodi back on the silver screen at least. Just do it for your fans, Aish. *Puppy Face*
Not even this diva could have stopped this movie from going down the gutter. Honestly, we couldn't thank Aish enough for refusing this one. Even though Farah Khan was pretty excited about shooting a film with her, Aishwarya had her reasons, and they were downright sensible. The movie also starred her husband, Abhishek Bachchan but they weren't paired opposite each other. She believes that if they're sharing the same screen, they must be paired opposite to each other otherwise, the audience wouldn't appreciate the movie.Fair enough!
Okay, we're sure not many of you had any idea about this one.So apparently, Aish was offered a role in Mangal Pandey that was later on played by Ameesha Patel opposite, Toby Stephens.Maybe she could have saved this movie and made it a hit!
Last but not the least, this one's the latest news!Aishwarya has backed out from yet another Bollywood movie which will soon be released in the year 2017. Rumours have it that she backed out after Emraan Hashmi replaced Diljit Dosanjh. Well, we all remember the time this serial kisser called Aish 'Plastic'. Guess she won't be getting over that anytime soon!
