Well, it's been 25 years since that was released, and it only makes sense for that baby to appear again to do another similar photo.Read on!

This is the cover of Nirvana's critically acclaimed Nevermind album.

Nevermind reached the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200 chart after beating Michael Jackson's Dangerous album.

That baby's name is Spencer Elden and he is all grown up today.

Maybe it's just a coincidence, but he sure looks like an alternative rock band member himself.

Just like him, the Nevermind album has also turned 25 years old.

And what's a better way than to recreate that iconic photo?

Spencer wanted to be naked so he could faithfully give a good recreation.

However, the photographer named John Chapple wasn't too keen on that idea of him having his penis being seen once again by the whole world after 25 years.

Thankfully or not, he was persuaded to simply wear shorts.

It doesn't really hurt his image. In fact, being totally naked might have put him under a negative light.

Spencer Elden received $200 as payment from John Chapple.

What makes this interesting is that his parents were also paid $200 to do the Nevermind album cover 25 years ago.

He really did not mind the relatively small payment.

After all, it's all about paying tribute to arguably one of the best albums of all time with one of the most iconic covers ever.

Let's hope that he continues doing this for as long as he can.

What would he look like after another 25 years? All in all, it's a great time to be celebrating 25 years of Nevermind. Nirvana and Kurt Cobain will forever live in our hearts and music players.Share this with your family and friends!
