The movie 'Lagaan' has completed 15 years. It has a prominent place in both Indian and international cinema. It has been one of the all-time big blockbusters. After movies like Mother India and Salaam Bombay, Lagaan became the third Indian movie to be nominated for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film.The movie did exceptionally well in India and went on to create history by getting nominated in Best Foreign Film category at Oscars 2002. Lagaan is one of the most epic Indian movies and will always be remembered as one of Bollywood’s most loved classics. Nothing is perfect, and neither is the movie Lagaan.
