She Had A Constant Period For Five Years, What Doctors Did To Her Is Unbelievable!

It is said that getting down is one of the best gifts any girl can ever get. And do you know why it is said so? Because your periods are the only reason that makes you able to give birth and bring a new life into the world. I'm a girl, and I know how terrific getting down means to every girl. But, for a while just avoid the irritating thoughts regarding it and start thinking what I mentioned above. You'll immediately start feeling good about the most horrible thing. And from the next time whenever you'll be down, you'll just carry a thought that you are the special one who is responsible for bringing a significant change in the world. Contrary to the above statements, I even agree, they are the damn painful times in any girl's life and it's not that easy to console yourself for such pain. Somehow we manage to handle our periods for 6-7 days, and when they exceed the duration, they turn into a horrible nightmare. Have you ever thought, if your period lasts for more than seven days, a month or a year, what will be your condition? I can never imagine it to happen with me.But, here is the story of a girl who used to faint a lot just because she had a constant period for five long years. When she went to the doctor, she was declared with something horrifying. Read the entire story and know what she was going through.

Meet 27-year-old Chloe Christos, who was suffering from a rare bleeding disorder.

The condition that stopped her blood from clotting with a continuous period for five long years.

When she was 14, she had her first period.

..unlike other women, her period didn't stop.

Over the time of just four days...

..Chloe lost more than 500ml of blood which is something more than 8-10 times of blood loss any other girl goes through.

She was diagnosed with a condition called menorrhagia.

Doctors put her on a synthetic drug to control the blood loss, but it worked for only 12 hours in a day and experienced terrible side effects of it. So, she decided to stop taking the medications.

She was left in despair.

She was finally given a blood product by the Perth resident that's generally given to only men. It helped in regulating her periods for the very first time.

Now, her each period cycle lasts for only four to five days.

Recently she set up a Go Fund Me page to raise money to attend the World Federation of Haemophilia World Congress in the month of July in Orlando. She wants to spread the awareness regarding hemophilia in women, and that's the only reason she wants to attend the event. If you wanna support her, then do share the article and visit her page.
